  • Peel off the skin of ridge gourd then cut like a pocket.
    Stuffed ridge gourd with prawn
  • Shallow fry a few prawn and a make a paste of few.

  • Take a pan add oil then prawn paste. Stir continuously then add other paste onion, ginger, green chilies and tomato.

  • Stir continuously add salt. Slowly it will become dry then fill in ridge gourd. Lock with rice paste.

  • Cover and cook in low flame. After 7 to 8 minutes it will cooked. Garnish with fried prawn.
