- 2 spoon Raisins t
- 2 spoon cashews chop t
- 1 spoon Green Chillies chop t
- 1 spoon Mint chop green t
- 1 cup Coriander chop t
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 spoon Spices mix powder t
- 1/2 spoon Lemon Juice t
- 2 cup Gravy or paste ingredients for bottle guard paste
- 2 spoon Ginger Garlic Paste t
- 1 spoon Oil table
- 1 spoon Cumin Seeds t
- 1 spoon Nigella Seeds t
- 1/2 spoon Shahi Jeera t
- 1 cup Tomato pury
- cashews poppy seeds, melon seeds-paste-1/2-cup.
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 2 spoon Coriander Powder t
- 2 spoon red chili powder t
- 1 spoon Turmeric Powder t
- 2 spoon Spice Powder mix t
- Coriander or mint chopped green mint
- 1 tsp Garam Masala

- METHOD FOR MARINATE: FOR MAKING A ROLL AFTER WASHING A CHICKEN BREST AND CUT IT AFTER THIS OPEN IT.ADD LEMON JUICE, RED CHILLI POWDER , SALT AND MARINATE IT.
- METHOD FOR STUFFING : MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS OF STUFFING AND STUFF THE CHICKEN BREST AND TIE IT WITH THREAD AND STEAM IT .
- METHOD FOR GRAVY HEAT OIL IN PAN. WHEN IT BECOME HOT , ADD CUMIN SEED, NIGELLA SEED, SHAHI JERRA. AFTER CRACKLING, ADD BOTTLE GUARD PASTE [ LOKI ]AND COOK IT TILL IT BECOME LIGHT BROWN COLOUR. AFTER COOKING ADD TOMATTO PURY
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE COOK FURTHER FOR FIVE TO 7 MINUTES. NOW ADD CASHEW NUT,POPPY SEED , AND MELON SEED PASTE . FURTHER COOK IT FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES. ADD DRY ALL SPICE POWDER.
- COOK FURTHER 2 TO 3 MINUTES AND ADD WATER AS PER GRAVY CONSISTENCE AS REQUIRED. NOW ADD STUFFING MIXTURES AND SALT TO TASTE. .NOW FURTHER COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES.
- ADDNOW PUT GRAVY ON DISH ALONG WITH THE PIECE OF CHICKEN ROLL. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES DRY FANGURIC LEAVES, CASHEWNUT AND RASINS. NOW รขโฌล DELICIOUS STEAM CHICKEN ROLL WITH BOTTLE GUARD GRAVY รขโฌล IS READY TO SURVE.
