  • 1 bowl White Peas over night soaked matra or
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 2 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Ginger tspn cut into julliens
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 red chili powder tspn
  • 1/2 Chilli Powder tspn yeklow
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala kala
  • 1-2 leaves Few Chopped Corriander Leaves chopped corriander
  • 3 tbsp Water or imli imli


  • Drain the water of soaked matra and pressire cook them for 2 whistles. After that let them cook on simmer flame for 15 mins. Now in the mean while chopp onion, tomato, green chilli and corriander lBoil 1 cup of water and put Imli in it
  • After that take out extract from it. Keep it aside. Now take a mixing bowl and put the matra in it. Next add chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger julliens, green chilli and all the dry ingredients masalas.
  • Now add Imli water in it. Mix it properly so that the masalas are combined to Matras. Garnish it with ginger julliens and corriander leaves.
