Ingredients
- 1 bowl White Peas (over night soaked matra or)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 2 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Ginger (tspn cut into julliens)
- 1 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 red chili powder (tspn)
- 1/2 Chilli Powder (tspn yeklow)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala (kala)
- 1-2 leaves Few Chopped Corriander Leaves (chopped corriander)
- 3 tbsp Water (or imli imli)

Instructions
- Drain the water of soaked matra and pressire cook them for 2 whistles. After that let them cook on simmer flame for 15 mins. Now in the mean while chopp onion, tomato, green chilli and corriander lBoil 1 cup of water and put Imli in it
- After that take out extract from it. Keep it aside. Now take a mixing bowl and put the matra in it. Next add chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger julliens, green chilli and all the dry ingredients masalas.
- Now add Imli water in it. Mix it properly so that the masalas are combined to Matras. Garnish it with ginger julliens and corriander leaves.
