Turai kabab is prepared in the same way as any non veg kabab... This is a starter dish which is non less than a non veg dish.. A must try.. A relishing one .

Ingredients
- 250 gms Turai Ridge Gourd
- 150 gms Chana dal
- 3/4 Tspn Zeera
- 8-10 Black pepper corns
- 1 Black Cardamon
- 4 -6 cloves
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 Dalchini sticks
- 3 Dried Red chillies
- Salt
- 8 Garlic pods
- 2 inch Ginger
- 2 Medium.size finely chopped Onion
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 Tbspn Coriander leaves
- Bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup water

Instructions
- 1. Wash ridge gourd. Just scrub d skin. Donot remove it entirely and cut it in small pieces
- To it add Chana Dal, Red chillies, ginger, garlic,salt,black pepper pods,black cardomon, cloves, dalchini, Zeera (cumin seeds),Bay leaves and water
- Cook on medium flame till it dal is soft n water is absorbed completely. Remember there should be no water. Let it cool down n grind it.
- To it add chopped onion, Coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and bread crumbs . Mix well with hands and make round shape tikkis
- Put some oil on tawa and shallow fry Kababs... Serve hot..
