  • 1. Wash ridge gourd. Just scrub d skin. Donot remove it entirely and cut it in small pieces
  • To it add Chana Dal, Red chillies, ginger, garlic,salt,black pepper pods,black cardomon, cloves, dalchini, Zeera (cumin seeds),Bay leaves and water
  • Cook on medium flame till it dal is soft n water is absorbed completely. Remember there should be no water. Let it cool down n grind it.
  • To it add chopped onion, Coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and bread crumbs . Mix well with hands and make round shape tikkis
  • Put some oil on tawa and shallow fry Kababs... Serve hot..
