  • 1 ½ cup potatoes peel, wash and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 medium size chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • Salt
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • â…“ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • â…“ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil
  • Some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


  • Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion n cook it on medium flame until onion get light brown.
  • Now add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder. Add little water n cook till oil start floating on all over masala.
  • Now add potatoes and peas in the mixture, mix well. Add little water n pressure cook it on 3 to 4 whistle.
  • Serve hot n garnish with coriander leaves.
