  • 1 cup Potatoes peel, wash and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 Onion medium size chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • tsp Turmeric Powder â
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • tsp Garam Masala â
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • leaves Garnishing or coriander some chopped coriander for


  • Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion n cook it on medium flame until onion get light brown.
  • Now add green chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder. Add little water n cook till oil start floating on all over masala.
  • Now add potatoes and peas in the mixture, mix well. Add little water n pressure cook it on 3 to 4 whistle.
  • Serve hot n garnish with coriander leaves.
