Sprouted Moong Kababs

This recipe is a starter made out of sprouts, which is nutritious an healthy to eat . I have given twist since by making kababs out of these sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 cup green moong
- Salt
- 1 tsp garam masala pd
- 1 tsp chat masala pd
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp bengal gram flour
- Few chopped coriander leaves
- 3 green chillies chopped
- 4 soya chunks

Instructions
- Soak overnight green moong then next day . Next day drain the water out completely then grind it into smooth paste.
- Soak soya chunks in hot water then squeeze out the water completely then grind it
- In a bowl add the sprouted Moong paste,soya chunks paste,salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala pd,chat masala pd,,besan mix well
- Then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
Notes
You can use different sprouts as the taste varies I have used green moong . If you don’t want to grind raw you can give the sprouts 1 whistle I mean pressure cook
