Sprouted Moong Salad

Sprouted moong salad In peak summer sprouts come out within 12 hours. I just made the salad with dressing of olive oil, flaxseed, lemon juice and pink salt.

  • 1/2 sprouted moong
  • 1 cup mixed raw veg and fruits
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds powder
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper for seasoning
  • Mint for garnishing


  • Take a mixing bowl add sprouted noong, cucumber, beetroots, tomatoes, green chilli, grapes, apple, olive oil, flaxseeds, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

  • Mix all together finally chopped mint leaves. Your salad is ready to serve.
