Sprouted moong salad
In peak summer sprouts come out within 12 hours. I just made the salad with dressing of olive oil, flaxseed, lemon juice and pink salt.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Moong (sprouted)
- 1 cup Fruits (mixed raw veg and)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Flaxseeds (powder)
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Black Pepper (or salt, or seasoning salt and for seasoning)
- Garnishing (or mint mint for)

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add sprouted noong, cucumber, beetroots, tomatoes, green chilli, grapes, apple, olive oil, flaxseeds, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
- Mix all together finally chopped mint leaves. Your salad is ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
Try to finish within half an hour.
