Healthy lifestyle, healthy breakfast with sprouted moong. It can be in your tiffin box or can be carried while you are traveling. Your stomach will full for a long time. School going kids or grown-up children can have this recipe. I have added any extra spices and chilli it is your choice as per your taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm whole moong
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil for stir fry
  • Salt
  • Fresh coconut for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the whole moong dal for 12 hours. Then strain the water and cover with a thin cloth. Next day see the sprouts will come out.

  • Now pressure cooked with 2 whistles. Take a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.

  • Mix all together for a few minutes and make it dry.

  • Then put off the flame add lemon juice. Serve with fresh coconut.
