Sprouted moong dal is highly nutritious and smoothly texture. It is very good for school going children. It gives lot of energy to build their health. Good for breakfast and tiffin pack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted moong
- 1 cup mixed veggies
- 1 tablespoon roasted coriander
- 1 tablespoon coriander paste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Chopped green chillies
- Chopped spring onion
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Moringa masala

Instructions
- Soak whole moong for 10 -12 hours then strain the water. Rap with a cotton cloth to grow the sprouts. It depends on weather and climate 24/ 36/48 hours.
- Par boil the sprouts and keep aside. Take a pan add oil, tomato paste, coriander leaves paste. Stir continuously then add roasted coriander, mixed veggies and salt.
- Mix well then add spring onion, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and Moringa masala. Serve on your breakfast table or tiffin box.
