Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sprouted moong
  • 1 cup mixed veggies
  • 1 tbsp roasted coriander
  • 1 tbsp coriander paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Moringa masala

Instructions
 

  • Soak whole moong for 10 -12 hours then strain the water. Rap with a cotton cloth to grow the sprouts. It depends on weather and climate 24/ 36/48 hours.

  • Par boil the sprouts and keep aside. Take a pan add oil, tomato paste, coriander leaves paste. Stir continuously then add roasted coriander, mixed veggies and salt.

  • Mix well then add spring onion, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and Moringa masala. Serve on your breakfast table or tiffin box.
