Soak overnight green moong then next day . Next day drain the water out completely then grind it into smooth paste.
Soak soya chunks in hot water then squeeze out the water completely then grind it
In a bowl add the sprouted Moong paste,soya chunks paste,salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala pd,chat masala pd,,besan mix well
Then give a shape of kababs an deep fry it
Notes
You can use different sprouts as the taste varies I have used green moong . If you don’t want to grind raw you can give the sprouts 1 whistle I mean pressure cook
