Yield / Serves
Brown Bread Slices - 4 pcs
Spinach - 100 gms
Fresh corn kernels - 1/2 cup
Cottage Cheese - 100 gms
Chopped spring onions - 1/4 cup
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Homemade cream (Malai) OR Mayonnaise - 1tbsp
Salt, Black pepper powder - As per taste
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, saute spinach on medium flame for 1-2 min. Add corns and saute for 1 min. Add salt and mix well.
Cool the mixture. Add crumble cheese, black pepper, onions, tomato ketchup and cream. Mix well.
Remove the brown edges of bread slices and spread little butter on all the slices. Place the prepared stuffing and healthy high protein sandwiches are ready to serve.
