These healthy sandwich is great combination of Spinach, Corn and Cheese Toast Sandwich. It is best way to eat healthy vegetables for kids & adults both.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 piece Brown Bread Slices
  • 100 gm Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Corn kernels Fresh
  • 100 gm Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Spring onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Cream Homemade, Malai OR Mayonnaise -
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, sauté spinach on medium flame for 1-2 min. Add corns and sauté for 1 min. Add salt and mix well.
  • Cool the mixture. Add crumble cheese, black pepper, onions, tomato ketchup and cream. Mix well.
  • Remove the brown edges of bread slices and spread little butter on all the slices.
  • Place the prepared stuffing and healthy high protein sandwiches are ready to serve.
