Shepherd’S Pie

Shepherd's Pie is a classic English baked one pot meal usually made with minced lamb, some vegetables and mashed potato crust. This is an absolute comfort food. I have made with chicken, carrots, mushroom and broccoli. My healthy version is with home made Worcestorshire sauce which is pretty easy to make. And this is low on fat as well with just a tablespoon of butter and cheese each, yet it's finger licking good!
