Yardlong Beans Salad is a healthy and nutrious salad. This is a raw salad. The salad is made of raw long beans and few raw veggies seasoned with salt and pepper. It a scrumptious salad and a wholesome meal in itself. This salad is one of the part of a Naga thali.

- 3 cup Yard long Beans chopped
- 1 Onion large, chopped
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 Tomato large, chopped
- 1 inch Ginger chopped
- 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 lemon Juice
- Pepper for seasoning
- Salt for seasoning

Instructions
- Chopped all the vegetables and keep ready.
- In a mixing bowl add all the chopped vegetables
- Season with salt and pepper and squeeze the lime juice.
- Mix well and serve. Enjoy
