Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hour.
Heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan or in a non stick pan add cumin,and all whole spices and crackle them.
Now add peas,corn,paneer,salt and black pepper powder,stir 2 minutes ,add 1 glass of water,
After a boil turn the heat sim cover and cook it.
Serve hot with any type of raita or chutney ...
