Oreo Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients
- Milk - 1 liter full fat milk
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Curd - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Oreo biscuits - 20 to 25 pieces
- Melted butter - 2 tbsp
- Melted chocolate - 100 grams
- Castor sugar - 1 cup you can add more or decrease according to your taste buds
- Salt- a pinch
- Chocolate chips and chocolate sauce for garnishing.
Instructions
- Firstly we have to make cream cheese for this you need to take a heavy bottomed pan and add milk to it. Give it a boil and add vinegar to it,and curdle the milk.
- You can increase the quantity of vinegar if it does not get curdled. Now separate the cheese from the milk and put it on a muslin cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Now squeeze the excess of water from the cheese and take the cheese out and put it in a mixer jar with a pinch of salt and Castor sugar. Now add 2 tbsp curd in it and give it a good whisk.
- Check the consistency of the cream cheese,it should not be grainy,if its grainy add more curd and give a mix again. The cream cheese should be very smooth and not grainy. Your cream cheese is ready and keep it fridge.
- Now start getting ready to make the biscuit base. Take a ring mould or any round vessel and put a butter paper on it. Take 10 to 12 oreo biscuits and crush them in a mixer jar .
- Add melted butter in the powdered biscuits and mix it well. Now spread this mix on the butter paper and with the help of spatula spread the mix evenly on the butter paper and keep it in the freezer for at least 1 hour or till it gets set and hard.
- After the base gets ready take it out. Take 8 to 10 oreo biscuits and crush them roughly with your hands and mix it in the cream cheese. Spread your oreo cream cheese on the biscuit base.
- Spread it evenly with the help of a flat knife or spatula. Give a light tap and again freeze it for 1 hour . Now get ready with your melted chocolate .
- Take out your cake and check it should be little stiff in the texture. Now Spread your melted chocolate and garnish the cake with choco chips. Again freeze it for more 15 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the butter paper very patiently and cut it in big slices as the chocolate will get little hard,so its little tricky to give it a proper triangle shape. Your Oreo Cheese cake is ready to eat.
