Christina Aguilera has been a superstar ever since the 1990s with her smash song “Genie in a Bottle.” While she has always been in good shape, after the birth of her first child in 2010 Aguilera struggled with losing the baby weight and getting back to her old figure. Her weight has gone up and down over the past few years, but now she is back and looking better than ever! Like many of her fans, we want to know how she did it. Here is the typical daily diet plan Christina Aguilera eats to maintain her new sleek post-baby figure! I am trying this diet too to help me lose the baby weight. These meal plans sound amazing!

Christina Aguilera Diet: Breakfast

 For breakfast, Aguilera will start the day with something healthy! You have to make good choices early in the day to set the mood for the rest of the day (I’ve learned that the hard way). Aguilera will eat some blueberries for breakfast, or sometimes half of an avocado to get started with some healthy fats. She might also try turkey bacon for a good healthy combo of healthy fats and protein. Yum!

Christina Aguilera Diet: Snack Time!

 We all love snacks, right? Even Christina Aguilera does! For a good snack to keep her going between meals, she will reach for some celery and almond butter, or a shrimp cocktail. Sounds delicious, right?

Christina Aguilera Diet: Lunch!

You can make it until lunchtime, trust me! Christina Aguilera will have a lean protein for lunch – something like a chicken breast with a salad. Protein and veggies chocked full of vitamins and nutrients will get you through that afternoon slump!

Christina Aguilera Diet: Finally Dinner!

Christina Aguilera loves chicken, so she may double-up on any given day and have it for lunch and dinner. Fish is also a lean protein, so she might try a delicious fish curry to spice things up at the end of the day. Christina loves wine (Don’t we all?) so she will allow herself a glass with dinner a few times a week.

This post-baby diet plan doesn’t sound too terrible, right? With lean proteins and nutritious snacks this will definitely keep you going throughout the day without making you feeling tired or weighed down. Hope you enjoyed this!
