This recipe is about giving a twist to the leftover rotis.This Indian bread is always healthy and serving it with a delicious "tadka" turns out to be a healthy and wholesome breakfast.It is easy to make and efficiently uses the leftover rotis with the use of minimum oil and spices.

Ingredients
- Rotis - 5-6
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Onions Finely Chopped - 1 Cup
- Green Chillies Finely Chopped - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Sugar - 1/ tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds -1/2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves -For garnish

Instructions
- Break rotis into small parts and grind finely using a mixer.
- Heat oil in a pan.Once the oil is heated,add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.Add green chillies and saute.
- Add finely chopped onions and saute for 5 minutes.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt to the roti and mix well.
- Add roti in the pan and mix well.Cook for 3 mins and then switch off the flame.Add 1/2 tsp sugar and mix well.Keep it covered with a lid for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
