Mint Crusted Grilled Cottage Cheese Cubes
About Mint Crusted Grilled Cottage Cheese Cubes
My mom loves Paneer in any form specially the paneer Tikkas...since it's very hot and humid these days so I thought I should prepare a different version of Paneer Tikkas...hence came the idea...Mom got me lot of home grown and home dried mint leaves which I was itching to use in one of my recipes so thought ...why not Mom's favorite ingredient with Mom's Gift...ðŸ˜Å
Another recipe dedicated to my mom and made keeping her in mind.
This is a very quick and easy recipe and very refreshing and mild at the same time.
