Easy Chicken Spinach Frittata

It's a simple one pan ready to eat under one hour recipe. Plus it's tasty and healthy too. Just two main ingredients are required minced/cubed chicken and eggs. Rest any veggie available in your pantry can be added and it will turn out equally tasty.

  • 3/4 th cup cubed chicken pieces or minced chicken
  • 1 cup spinach chopped finely
  • 5 egg
  • 2 medium onions chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar/mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil


  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic saute for few seconds and then add chicken.
  • Add 1/2tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and saute for minute.
  • Add chopped spinach and again saute for a couple of minutes.
  • Now line a pan with parchment paper and spread the sauted chicken and spinach in the pan.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Now in a mixing bowl add eggs, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2tsp of salt, milk and mix well.
  • Now pour this egg mixture evenly all over the chicken and spinach such that it's covered completely.
  • Add the grated cheese on top and put in the oven.
  • Bake for 35 min or until top is light golden brown and eggs are firm. Serve with choice of sauce.
