About Easy Chicken Spinach Frittata
It's a simple one pan ready to eat under one hour recipe. Plus it's tasty and healthy too. Just two main ingredients are required minced/cubed chicken and eggs. Rest any veggie available in your pantry can be added and it will turn out equally tasty.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Chicken th cubed or minced
- 1 cup Spinach chopped finely
- 5 Eggs
- 2 Onions chopped finely medium
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated cheddar
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add garlic saute for few seconds and then add chicken.
- Add 1/2tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and saute for minute.
- Add chopped spinach and again saute for a couple of minutes.
- Now line a pan with parchment paper and spread the sauted chicken and spinach in the pan.
- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.
- Now in a mixing bowl add eggs, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2tsp of salt, milk and mix well.
- Now pour this egg mixture evenly all over the chicken and spinach such that it's covered completely.
- Add the grated cheese on top and put in the oven.
- Bake for 35 min or until top is light golden brown and eggs are firm. Serve with choice of sauce.
