Ingredients
 

  • kg Whole wheat flour one
  • 500 gm Mandua Flour a cereal only available in the garhwal region mandua
  • 2 gm Ajwain or jeera or half or jeera
  • Water as required
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 cup Butter white Butter or ghee to serve with roti

Instructions
 

  • Take wheat flour and salt add water and knead it. Keep it separately.
  • Next, take the mandua flour, ajwain, salt and water and knead it. Keep this also separately.
  • Prepare a small ball of the wheat flour and stuff it with the mandua flour dough. Roll it into a round shape like chappati and cook it on a tawa.
  • Serve the preparation with lots of white butter or ghee.
