- Heat oil in kadhai, add onion and saute till it get light brown in color.
- Add green chilies n saute for 30seconds.
- Add potatoes n spinach mix it well. When spinach get soft n half add salt to taste. Cover the lid n cook it on low flame till sabzi get dry and potatoes cooked well.
- Serve this palak aloo sabzi with dal rice.
Recipe Notes
Do not add water in sabzi. Potatoes will cook well with spinach.
