This is an easy snacks for tiffin box and for tea time. I made a homemade garam masala which is followed by cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black corn, red chilli, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, cloves, black cardamom, Star anis and bay leaves. Dry roast all these and grind. It can be kept in a air tight container for a month and use. That's why it is easy to make any recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Rajma
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Wash and soak rajma overnight then boil until soft.
- Mash with chickpea flour, garam masala and salt.
- Give a tikki shape and shallow fry. Both sides should be fried then serve with any sauce.
