This is one of these favourite recipes Mom prepares and taste of her cooking is awesome and delious.That 's why I like it so much.It's yummy and healthy also.Remembering of my mom.Generally we cooked rohu with mustard seeds paste,but my mom cooked with Musambi and the taste is yummy.

Ingredients
- 2 Rohu Fish
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
- 2/3 Green Chillies
- Oil as necessary
- 5 tbsp Musambi Juice 5/6 Tablespoon musambi juice
- 1-2 tsp Salt as necessary, or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a bowl add fish ,salt and turmeric powder mix it well
- Take a kodai add oil fry those fish.keep it on a plate.
- Now add ginger and garlic paste stir it .
- Add turmeric powder,litbit water.
- Add fish and cover it for 10 minutes.
- Add musambi juice .Keep it for 5 minutes.
- Now it's complete.serve with hot plane rice .
Recipe Notes
My tip is don’t give musambi juice before cooked the fish.
