Methi Muthiya

Ingredients
- Coarsely ground gram flour - 1 cup
- Garlic pods - 2 crushed
- Green chillies -1 cut finely
- Fenugreek leaves methi leaves - a small bunch
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- OIl - 2 tsp
- Salt
- Water as required
- To temper:
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander to garnish
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except listed under To temper and make a moist dough.
- Pressure cook it for about 10 minutes. Cool and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds and sesame seeds. Add the dough by breaking it into small pieces and saute well.
- Fry on medium flame for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
