About Methi Muthiya
Methi muthiya is a traditional Gujarati snack made using fenugreek leaves. It can also be made using cabbage or bottle gourd instead of methi leaves. Methi muthiya tastes best with coriander mint chutney with a hot cup of tea.

Ingredients
- 1 gm Flour coarsely ground
- 2 pods Garlic crushed
- 1 Green Chillies cut finely
- leaves Fenugreek methi leaves - a small bunch
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Water as required
- to Temper
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 4 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- to Coriander chopped garnish

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except listed under To temper and make a moist dough.
- Pressure cook it for about 10 minutes. Cool and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds and sesame seeds. Add the dough by breaking it into small pieces and saute well.
- Fry on medium flame for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
