Quinoa Khichdi With Green Veggies

Healthy homemade khichdi made by green vegetables and quinoa. It is good for breakfast and tiffin box recipe. Easy to cook with less ingredients and less spices. Very light recipe and very easy to digest.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Quinoa
- 1/4 moong dal
- 1 cup green vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 2 tbsp pure ghee
- Bay leaves
- Curry leaves
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash then soak quinoa and moong dal. Soaking makes cooking for a less time and save fuel.
- Boil with double quantity of water then add bay leaves, quinoa, dal, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and green vegetables. Mix and close the lid then cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
- Then for tempering, heat ghee, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Then spread all over the khichdi and serve.
