Basically, the samosa’s are prepared with thin samosa sheets or with all purpose dough. however this recipe of bread samosa is prepared with left over sandwich bread bread slices and filled with potato stuffing. it is easy and quick snack to satisfy the cravings for samosa recipe without much hassle. Basically the sandwich bread slices are rolled to thin sheet and used as samosa sheets which is later given with cone like samosa shape. Bread Samosa is very simple, easy and quick snack recipe. No need to prepare dough, just we need breads. Traditional samosa recipe which can be enjoyed as a snack recipe.

Ingredients
- 8 slice Bread
- 3 Potatoes boiled and mashed medium size
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Green Chillies less spicy finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil for deep fry

Instructions
- Firstly, prepare the stuffing by heating oil. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan. Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and green chilies. Saute it till seeds turn into light brown color.
- Add roasted peanuts in it. Saute for few seconds. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder and mango powder. Mix it really well.
- Now add boiled and mashed potatoes in it. Mix it really well.
- Add coriander leaves and mix it well. Switch off the flame. Samosa stuffing is ready. Keep aside.
- Cut the edges of all breads. Roll it thin. Cut each breads into half triangle.
- Apply water to half of the bread slice. fold it and make a cone by pressing gently.
- Now stuff in a tbsp of prepared stuffing. Now apply water to the edges. Fold and secure the samosa.
- Heat required oil in kadhai. Deep fry the bread samosa in hot oil. Fry on medium flame stirring occasionally till bread samosa turns golden brown. Finally, bread samosa is ready to serve.
- Serve this samosa hot with tomato ketchup and hot cup of tea/coffee.
Recipe Notes
U can use boiled green peas instead of roasted peanuts.
