Oats dosa recipe is a crispy and healthy instant dosa made with oats and green veggies. This is also a quick and instant oats dosa recipe with no fermentation required. oats green dosa goes great as a weekend brunch or for breakfast. It is healthy and can be often made easily. They turn out good and crispy as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 rice flour
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 2-3 green chilli
  • 1/4 cup capicum
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin pwr
  • 2-3 teaspoon oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop all veggies
  • Grind oats to a fine powder,transfer in a bowl.Add sooji,rice flour,curd,add 1/2 cup of water and mix well,ensuring that there are no lumps. Keep aside for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Add all chop veggies,salt,black pepper,cumin powder and mix well. If required you can add more water . Batter should neither be too thick nor to thin.
  • Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa and wipe with a tissue paper.Pour a ladleful of the prepared mixture and spread into a dosa. Drizzle some oil on the sides and cook till the underside is golden.Flip and cook till the other side is golden.
  • Serve hot with green chutney
