- Wash and chop all veggies
- Grind oats to a fine powder,transfer in a bowl.Add sooji,rice flour,curd,add 1/2 cup of water and mix well,ensuring that there are no lumps. Keep aside for 15 to 20 mins.
- Add all chop veggies,salt,black pepper,cumin powder and mix well. If required you can add more water . Batter should neither be too thick nor to thin.
- Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa and wipe with a tissue paper.Pour a ladleful of the prepared mixture and spread into a dosa. Drizzle some oil on the sides and cook till the underside is golden.Flip and cook till the other side is golden.
- Serve hot with green chutney
