Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1/4 cup moong dal
- 1/4 cup bottle gourd pieces
- 1/4 cup jackfruit pieces
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch of asafoetida hing
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 spring curry leaves
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash and soak the quinoa for 15 minutes. So it will easy to cook.
- Dry roast the moong dal so it will give a good aroma. Then wash for cooking.
- Peal off the bottle gourd and cut into small cubic sizes.
- Jackfruit cut into small cubic sizes and give a steam bath.
- Boil the quinoa with moong dal, ginger paste, bottle gourd and salt. Take a wok give tempering with cumin seeds, hing, onion. Add the jackfruit, curry leaves and green chillies then add cooked quinoa.
- Mix all together finally add cinnamon powder. If you want runny Khichdi, can be added little more water. Again cook for a minute. If you don't want watering so it is ready to serve.
