Ingredients
- Wheat flour. 250 grms
- 100 gm desi ghee
- 1/4 tbsp ajwain
- Salt
- 100 gm green pea
- 100 gm paneer
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 green chilli finely chopped
- 2 tbsp refined
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp dry coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp matar paneer masala
- 16 to othpick

Instructions
- Aate mein salt, ajwain n 50 gm ghee dalkar achche se mila lein phir mulayam goonth lein.
- Half hour rest dene ke baad 4 medium size ki patli roti bana lein
- Pan mein refined dalakr onion n green chilli dalakar bhoon lein
- Onion bhun jaane par usme dry coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder n salt dalkar mix karein
- Ab isme matar dalkar mic karein
- Thoda paani dalakar matar ko 5min. paka lein
- Matar gal jaane par inhe halka sa mash kr lein
- Ab isme grated paneer dalkar mix kareim aur gas band kr dein
- Ab 1 roti mein beech mein 2 tbsp se batter dal dein
- Charon taraf se roti ko potli se shape mein fold krein
- Toothpick se potli ko bandhein . isi tarah saari potliyan tayar kr lein
- 1 pan bacha ghee dalakr saari potliyon har taraf se roti ko stir fry kr lein
- Potli roti is ready

Serve hot with sauce or green chutney
