In this recipe I have used the stuffing dry fruits like almonds,cashew nuts,pista, khismis,.khoa . You can use any stuffing of your choice

  • 1/2 kg khoa unsweetened
  • 8 -10 almonds chopped
  • 8 -10 cashews chopped
  • 8 -10 raisins
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch chat masala
  • 1 Pinch black salt
  • 1/2 cup rice flour


  • In a bowl add maida,rice flour,salt an make a dough with the help of the warm water an wrap it in muslin cloth for about an hour
  • In a small kadai add 1/2 tsp of oil, fry the chopped dry fruits till crisp. Then add salt,chat masala pd, black salt an mix well.
  • Then in another bowl add the khoa smashed it nicely then add the cooked chopped dry fruits an mix well an make small small balls an keep aside
  • Then take a small piece of dough an roll it like roti shape an with the help of a katori make shapes an keep aside
  • Then take those pieces add the balls made from dry fruits an wrap it like a potli an deep fry it


In this stuffing you can use the stuffing of potatoes,panneer, chicken, . If you don’t want to use unsweetened khoa you can add sweetened khoa.
