Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 cup Sugar
  • 140 gm Unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 5 Plums chopped

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and pour it into a bowl, add the sugar and cocoa powder, mix it
  • Now add the eggs to the above mixture along with vanilla extract and whisk it till it is shiny. It should take about 4-5 minutes.
  • Now sift the flour ,salt and baking powder into the egg mixture and fold into it.
  • Finally add the yoghurt and chocolate chips into the batter. Pour it into a cake tin lined with a greaseproof paper or baking paper.
  • Arrange the chopped plums on top of the batter in the cake tin. Bake this in a preheated oven at 165F for 28-30 minutes.
  • A toothpick when poked after baking, will s have a little gooey mixture stuck. Cool and cut into pieces.
  • P.S: for the eggless version, please replace the eggs with one banana, rest everything remains same.
