  • 1 cup Cream fresh
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/1/2 tsp Gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp Pear chopped


  • Soak the gelatin in Luke warm water. Put the cream, coconut milk and coconut sugar in non stick pan and boil it.
  • Mix honey and vanilla essence, stir and switch off the flame. Mix gelatin, stir and mix well.
  • Place the chopped pear into the bottom of glass then pour the mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hour. Serve with some chopped pears. Enjoy!
