Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/3 cup Curd
- 1/4 Cup Jagerry Powered form or Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. In a blender jar, add all wet ingredients along with dry ingredients. Blend to form a slightly thin batter.
- Pour the baking pan, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake in preheated air fryer at 160 degrees for 13-15 min. Do not over bake as brownies will become dry.

Instead of airfryer, one can bake these brownies in convection microwave or oven at 180 degrees for 13-15 min
