Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Curd
  • 1/4 Cup Jaggery Powered form or Maple Syrup or Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. In a blender jar, add all wet ingredients along with dry ingredients. Blend to form a slightly thin batter.
  • Pour the baking pan, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  • Bake in preheated air fryer at 160 degrees for 13-15 min. Do not over bake as brownies will become dry.

Instead of airfryer, one can bake these brownies in convection microwave or oven at 180 degrees for 13-15 min
