- 1/4 cup water spinach
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup water spinach
- Chopped green chillies
- Oil for shallow fry
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Salt

- Wash the saag and chop. Heat a pan add oil then fry the garlic. Add saag, green chillies, salt and cook then keep aside.
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and cooked water spinach.
- Make a batter with adding water. Now heat a frying pan shallow with little oil. You can see in video how soft it is. You can pack for tiffin or serve with any sauce or chutney.
