Ordinary Plastic tiffin box also not good for health. Hot food react with plastic body. Try to serve in a metelic box. Here I made the recipe with mixed flour and potato. It is healthy and easy to cook.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Julian potato
- 1 cup mixed flour
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Kasoori methi
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil or butter for shallow fry

Instructions
- Take big sized potato peel off the skin and cut into Julian. Then dip into plain water and wash until clear water.
- Make a smooth batter with adding mixed flour, salt, black pepper, Kasoori methi, garlic paste and ginger paste. First heat a pan brush with oil or butter, spread the Julian potato, pour the batter and close the lid.
- Bake one side then again greeze the pan and flip other side. Cook until light brown.
- Now cut into two pieces and fold according to the tiffin box.
- Put into the tiffin box along with some fruits.
- Close the box and ready to go.
Notes
Try to avoid ordinary plastic tiffin box which is harmful.
Try to avoid liquid or watering recipe for tiffin box.
Mixed flour is a mixture of wheat flour, chana flour, corn flour, rice flour.
