  • Chicken drumstick - 2 nos
  • oil/butter- 1 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
  • green chili or jalepeneos optional - 2
  • red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt


  • Heat the oil in a pan. Cook in a medium flame. Add the ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chili powder fry for a minute. Now add the drumstick mix well with the spices, add the needed salt about half a spoon, cook for 5 mins
