  • 1/4 can Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 to Tomato chopped
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Make a batter with wheat flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
  • Chop onion, tomato, capsicum and green chillies. Beat the eggs.
  • Heat a pan, apply oil, pour the batter and spread. Cover with lid to cook properly. Then turn other side, spread chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, green chillies and salt. Grated cheese and apply beaten egg all over.
  • Flip over again apply beaten egg. Then fold, divide and serve.
