Ingredients
- Rice- 1cup
- Boiled Kabuli chana- 1cup
- Onion- 1medium
- Ginger and garlic paste- 1tbsp
- Tomato- 1medium
- Curd- 1/2cup
- Haldi- 1/2tsp
- Red chili powder- 1/2tsp
- Garam masala- 1/2tsp
- Cumin powder- 1/4tsp
- Coriander powder- 1/4tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves- 3tbsp
- Chopped mint leaves- 3tbsp
- Cumin- 1/2tsp
- Green cardamom- 2
- Clove- 3
- Cinnamon- 1/2inch piece
- Salt- 1/2tsp
- Oil- 2tsp

Instructions
- Wash and clean rice and soak for 20mins
- In the mean time clean and chop onion and tomato
- In a handi heat oil and add all whole spices and let it crackle
- Now add chopped onion and saute up to golden
- Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute up to raw Smell goes
- Now add all dry spices and saute properly
- Add curd to it and cook up to dry
- Then add boiled chana and cook up to oil separates
- Now add soaked rice and add water. It should be the double amount of rice
- Cover it and cook up to done
- Now garnish with chopped coriander, mint leaves and serve hot
