Pakistani Kabuli chana pulao is a rice dish with Kabuli chana. It is a mix of carb and Protein. A complete meal within it self.
Boiled Kabuli chana- 1cup
Ginger and garlic paste- 1tbsp
Red chili powder- 1/2tsp
Garam masala- 1/2tsp
Cumin powder- 1/4tsp
Coriander powder- 1/4tsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 3tbsp
Chopped mint leaves- 3tbsp
Green cardamom- 2
Cinnamon- 1/2inch piece
Wash and clean rice and soak for 20mins
In the mean time clean and chop onion and tomato
In a handi heat oil and add all whole spices and let it crackle
Now add chopped onion and saute up to golden
Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute up to raw Smell goes
Now add all dry spices and saute properly
Add curd to it and cook up to dry
Then add boiled chana and cook up to oil separates
Now add soaked rice and add water. It should be the double amount of rice
Cover it and cook up to done
Now garnish with chopped coriander, mint leaves and serve hot
