Amaranth Sabji (Chawli Ni Bhaji )
Ingredients
- 1 leaves Amaranth Leaves Cleaned 1 Cup amaranth cleaned
- Deleteadd deleteadd
- 1 Tomato finely chopped medium
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add tomato, mix and sauté well
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add amaranth leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix, cook for 6 to 7 minutes
- Serve hot with total.
