Ingredients
 

  • 1 leaves Amaranth Leaves Cleaned 1 Cup amaranth cleaned
  • Deleteadd deleteadd
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped medium
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add tomato, mix and sauté well
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add amaranth leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix, cook for 6 to 7 minutes
  • Serve hot with total.
