Ingredients
- 1 - 2 cups chickpeas of kabuli chana, soaked overnight and boiled till soft
- 1 potato medium sized boiled and peeled
- 1 to mato large
- 1 onion medium sized (optional)
- 1 green chilli
- 2 - 3 teaspoon coriander leaves green
- 1 - 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 - 3 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt adjust as per requirement

Instructions
- Ensure the soaked chickpeas are boiled with salt, until soft and tender.
- Chop the boiled potato, tomato onion and green chilli into small pieces. Chop coriander leaves.
- In a wide bowl, mix together boiled chickpeas, potato, tomato, onion, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, chaat masala, black salt and salt.
- Blend well, so that all the ingredients mix well. Serve this salad immediately. Incase you want to store it for an hour or so, refrigerate it.
