Ingredients
- 1 - 2 cup Chickpeas (kabuli chana, soaked overnight and boiled till soft)
- 1 Potato (medium sized, boiled and peeled)
- 1 to Tomato (large)
- 1 Onion (medium sized (optional))
- 1 Green Chillies
- 2 - 3 tsp Coriander
- 1 - 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 - 3 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust as per requirement, or as per taste)

Instructions
- Ensure the soaked chickpeas are boiled with salt, until soft and tender.
- Chop the boiled potato, tomato onion and green chilli into small pieces. Chop coriander leaves.
- In a wide bowl, mix together boiled chickpeas, potato, tomato, onion, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice, chaat masala, black salt and salt.
- Blend well, so that all the ingredients mix well. Serve this salad immediately. Incase you want to store it for an hour or so, refrigerate it.
