Sattu beetroot paratha
Sattu is made by roasted Bengal gram in the sand then make it powder. It has lot of benefits can reduce stomach problems and flushes the toxins. It has cooling properties which gives relief from scorching heat. It is very good for diabetic patients.
Beetroots have numbers of benefits it has no calories and packed with fibres, folate, manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin C. Beetroot is associated with numerous health benefits. It increases blood flow and lower blood pressure. In this recipe I used sattu and beetroot. This paratha is very good for diabetic and anaemic people.

Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat dough
- ¼ cup sattu flour
- ¼ cup grated cabbage
- ¼ cup grated beetroot
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Green chillies
- Coriander leaves
- Sesame oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Make a dough with wheat flour and keep aside.
- Take a pan add sesame oil, grated cabbage, beetroot, ginger, green chillies and saute for a few minutes.
- Add roasted sattu, homemade garam masala and salt. Mix all together and keep aside.
- Take a handful wheat dough and fill with cooked veggies.
- Spread then bake with sesame oil on tawa. Ready to serve and it is good for tiffin packed school/ college/ office.
