This is great recipe with rice or pitas, i make it all the time since its a quick meal.

300gm minced mutton
2 medium size potatoes (cut into small pieces)
2 medium size onion finely chopped
1 large tomato finely chopped
2 spicy green chilies finely chopped
4 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup cooking oil
Some chopped coriander leaves
Heat oil in pressure cooker, add onion and saute till onion get pink. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 3minutes on low flame.
Add tomatoes, green chilies, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Mix it well and saute for 3minutes.
Add yogurt, salt and minced mutton with 1/2 cup water n pressure cook it on 4 whistles. Wait till air release.
Add potatoes n cook again on 2whistles till potatoes done.
Qeema aloo is ready to serve. Serve this hot with pav, chapati and rice.
