Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour coarse
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Water
- pinch food colour orange
- 2-3 tbsp melon seeds
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water to make syrup
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2-3 drops Lemon Juice
- Desi Ghee to fry

Instructions
- Take gram flour in a bowl.
- Add milk, water and food colour to make a thick batter.
- Heat ghee in a kadhai.
- Once the ghee is hot, put the flame to medium and hold the boondi ladle above the ghee.
- Pour the batter all over the ladle and start tapping the handle of the ladle so that boondi comes out in the ghee.
- Once the bubble reduces, remove boondi from ghee and drain on absorbent paper.
- Repeat the same process for the remaining batter.
- To make sugar syrup, boil sugar and water until one string consistency.
- Switch off the flame, add cardamom powder and lemon juice.
- Add boondi and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add melon seeds.
- Grease your hand with ghee.
- Take boondi and make ladoos.
