    Saffron is extremely rich in manganese, which helps regulate blood sugar and promote bone and tissue formation and supports your sex hormones. This spice contain good amount of Vitamin C that help fight infections and supports iron absorption. Saffron also contains more than 150 components, of which Picrocrocin, Safranal and Crocine are the most important substances. These substances from nature aim to keep your body functions healthy.

For relief at PMS you can drink a cup of saffron tea twice a day (use 10-15 threads). In the third cycle after using saffron, the effect becomes most noticeable. Saffron is also an effective remedy for menstrual pains and cramps. Adding small amounts (half a teaspoon) of ginger and turmeric gives an even better result with this type of complaints.

    5) Memory And Cognition

    The spice has a strengthening effect on memory and cognitive functions. The effect of 25 mg of saffron per day gives the same results as the Alzheimer’s drug Donepezil.

    6) Skin Complaints

    The use of saffron has a positive effect on various skin problems such as acne and psoriasis. Drink saffron tea daily or take a red gold capsule and eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible.

    7) Anemia

    The spice has an affinity for the blood and increases hemoglobin levels and is therefore good in case of anemia.

    8) Depressed Complaints

    In mild, mild and severe depressions, saffron has been shown to be effective and gives the same results as some anti-depressants. The effect occurs after 6 weeks based on 25 mg per day.

    9) Good Night Rest

    A cup of saffron tea, a saffron capsule or saffron infused in warm milk at bedtime promotes a good night’s sleep. You can also add a pinch (up to 1/8 teaspoon) of nutmeg.
