Ingredients
 

  • 500 ml Milk
  • Chia Seeds sabja 20 gm
  • 30 gm Coconut Sugar
  • 30 gm Rice soaked grind
  • 10 gm Pistachios chopped
  • 2 gm Agar Agar
  • Rose Petals or decoration for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk.Add sugar and soaked and grind rice
  • continuously stir the mixture, avoid lumps.
  • Cook till it becomes thick off the flame.
  • Add half chia seed and stir it properly
  • Dissolve agar agar in two spoons of milk and ads in phirni and stir it properly.
  • Fill the mixture in a cylindrical mold and keep in the refrigerator for one hour or whenever it set as a pannacotta.
  • Serve cold Phirni pannacotta with chia seeds and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
