Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- Chia Seeds sabja 20 gm
- 30 gm Coconut Sugar
- 30 gm Rice soaked grind
- 10 gm Pistachios chopped
- 2 gm Agar Agar
- Rose Petals or decoration for decoration

Instructions
- Boil milk.Add sugar and soaked and grind rice
- continuously stir the mixture, avoid lumps.
- Cook till it becomes thick off the flame.
- Add half chia seed and stir it properly
- Dissolve agar agar in two spoons of milk and ads in phirni and stir it properly.
- Fill the mixture in a cylindrical mold and keep in the refrigerator for one hour or whenever it set as a pannacotta.
- Serve cold Phirni pannacotta with chia seeds and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
