Keto diet or ketogenic diet is a high fat, moderate protien and low carbohydrate diet. Those who are following keto diet they can easily enjoy this dessert which is sugar free. Those who are diabetic they also can enjoy the recipe. This is made by paneer, coconut flour, almond, fresh cream and cocoa powder.
250 gm paneer
50 gm coconut flour
2 tbsp almond paste
2 tbsp fresh coconut cream
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Make a thick paste with cream and cocoa powder, keep aside.
Heat a pan add paneer stir continuously. Add coconut flour mix well, then add almond paste. Stir until become a lump.
Let cool, mash with palm then give shape like lollipop. Keep in fridge for 10 minutes then coat with cocoa paste
Without garnishing also it is tasty. If you like serve in party or to happy your kids, you can make more colourful. Again keep in fridge.
Bring out at the time of serving prick with tooth pick. Enjoy the soft choco lollipop.
You can sprinkle with broken nuts.
It can be kept in fridge more than 2 weeks.
