Ingredients
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Kasurimethi 1 Tsp kasurimethi
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Aniseed Powder 1 Tbsp aniseed powder
- Water as required
- Butter or ghee ghee for greesing
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (leave ghee)and make a soft daugh.
- Take lemon size dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
- Bake on a pre-heated tawa.
- Flip and cook from the other side.
- Now bake directly on flame from both sides.
- Spread ghee and serve with any curry or daal.
