We used to make Missi roti with gram flour.Missi roti or paratha are power packed with protein and carbs.

Ingredients
  

  • Chickpea flour 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Kasurimethi 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Aniseed powder 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Ghee/butter for greesing
  • Carom seeds 1tsp

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients (leave ghee)and make a soft daugh.
  • Take lemon size dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
  • Bake on a pre-heated tawa.
  • Flip and cook from the other side.
  • Now bake directly on flame from both sides.
  • Spread ghee and serve with any curry or daal.
