  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Kasurimethi 1 Tsp kasurimethi
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Aniseed Powder 1 Tbsp aniseed powder
  • Water as required
  • Butter or ghee ghee for greesing
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds


  • Mix all ingredients (leave ghee)and make a soft daugh.
  • Take lemon size dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
  • Bake on a pre-heated tawa.
  • Flip and cook from the other side.
  • Now bake directly on flame from both sides.
  • Spread ghee and serve with any curry or daal.
