Chickpea flour 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Kasurimethi 1 tsp
Salt
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Aniseed powder 1 tbsp
Water as required
Ghee/butter for greesing
Carom seeds 1tsp
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (leave ghee)and make a soft daugh.
Take lemon size dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
Bake on a pre-heated tawa.
Flip and cook from the other side.
Now bake directly on flame from both sides.
Spread ghee and serve with any curry or daal.
