Masala bater. Quail meat is known as Bater meat in India. It is delicious and highly nutritious. There are numerous health benefits in quail meat. It is rich in protein and recommend to diabetic patients. Good for eye vision, skin care, bone health, control respiratory system, heart care, cure anemia. Here is the recipe with less spices. It is small size each person can consume one. I'm cooking two quails for 2 person.

Ingredients
- 2 quail Bater
- 2 tbsp onion paste
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp coconut grated
- 1 tbsp papaya grated
- 1 tbsp hung curd
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri mirch
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Kashmiri chili chopped
- Garlic Whole
- Lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash the Bater meat then marinate with salt and lemon juice. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Again marinate with grated papaya, onion paste, tomato paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, hung curd, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chopped Kashmiri mirch and oil. Fill whole garlic then keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Steam for 10 minutes then take out. Heat a pan add kashmiri mirch then shallow fry after then pour the steamed juice.
- Cook for a few minutes sprinkle grated coconut and chopped Kashmiri mirch. Slowly gravy will become thick.
- Serve with salad or as you like any other combination.
