Ingredients
- 1 cup besan
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
- 2 tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 1 cup fenugreek chopped, methi leaves
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a deep bowl and knead into soft dough using enough warm water.
- Divide the dough equal portions and roll out each portion into a thin circle with the help of a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti using a little ghee, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Serve immediately with butter.
